After a public consultation process, ERGEG presented their draft Guidelines for Good Practice for Open Season Procedures (GGPOS) at the XIIIth Madrid Forum on 21 February 2007. The Forum participants welcomed these draft guidelines and invited ERGEG to finalise them in close cooperation with the European Commission and stakeholders. Thus ERGEG organised a Stakeholders workshop on the GGP for Open Season procedures to discuss all issues raised by the Madrid Forum participants.
