Draft consultation document, 1 October 2007
Document prepared by the regulators of the CEE Region (BNetzA, Agencija, E-Control, ERU, MEH, ERO, URSO) on the basis of the new Annex to Regulation (EC) 1228/2003 (the new CM guidelines) and on the basis of the ERGEG Guidelines of Good Practice on Information Management and Transparency. All stakeholders are invited to make their comments on this report not later than the 31st of October 2007. All reactions should be sent to: cee-transparency@ergeg.org
