Draft report on transparency requirements
Document prepared by the 5 regulators of the Central West region, BNetzA, CRE, CREG, ILR and NMa, on the basis of the new Annex to Regulation (EC) 1228/2003 (the new CM guidelines) and on the basis of the ERGEG Guidelines of Good Practice on Information Management and Transparency.
All stakeholders are invited to make their comments on this report not later than the 29th of August 2007. All reactions can be sent to Alain Marien (alain.marien@creg.be)

Harmonization and improvements of long term explicit auction rules

Transparency wish list
The RCC has drafted a transparency wish list containing various information-items which, according to the regulators, should be made transparent to market participants. All market participants are invited to send in their reaction on this wish list. Responses should be sent to the lead regulator CREG before 15th January 2007.
